Refund policy
WRONG FIT OR CHANGE OF MIND:
At Wild Stride Store, we are more than happy to exchange garments due to incorrect fit or change of mind provided that the item is returned:
• in original condition
• unwashed
• unworn and
• all labels and tags still attached.
Please note, for all shorts - customers must try on these garments wearing undergarments. Unfortunately if removed, due to health reasons Wild Stride Store cannot exchange, refund or credit for these.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase for an exchange, refund or store credit.
Wild Stride Store cannot be held liable for returns lost by the postal service. We recommend sending the returns using registered or tracked post. Please refer to our Returns Policy in our FAQ's for refund process.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST INCLUDE:
• Note with full name, order number and address
• Name and size of design you are wishing to exchange for.
All returned items that do not comply with our returns/exchanges policy will automatically be returned to the customer. Please keep in mind some of Wild Stride Store’s styles are limited edition and exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you are wishing to exchange for is not in stock a store credit ore refund may be issued.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 days of receiving your items. If your return/exchange is urgent please email hello@wildstridestore.com.au
Wild Stride Store does not offer exchanges, refunds or store credit on sale items. All sale purchases are final.
Wild Stride Store is happy to refund/exchange or credit items that are deemed faulty from manufacturing. Requests for faulty items must be made within 30 days of placing your order. It is at the discretion of Wild Stride Store upon accessing the garment that depending on the conditions of the garment, how the product was washed, cared for and the extent of the fault, to then offer either a refund, exchange or credit.
If you believe your item to be faulty please contact hello@wildstridestore.com.au with your name, order number, details of the fault and preferably with some photographs displaying the fault and we will endeavour to attend to your email as soon as possible.
